George Nickoloff Obituary

George P. Nickoloff Jr., 84, of Greensburg, passed away on Monday, Oct. 6, 2025, at his residence. He was born Sept. 8, 1941, in Pittsburgh, a son of the late George Nickoloff and Mary Tronsky Nickoloff. Prior to retirement, he was deeply involved in the plastic injection molding industry and finished his career as president of a local plastic injection molding company. He was also one of the three founding members, along with wife Joan and son Paul, of the Fotorecord Print Center, Inc. in Greensburg and sold his shares prior to retirement in 2005. During retirement, he enjoyed spending time with Joan, traveling to see family and friends, and working on almost anything in his workshop. Additionally, he was both an avid golfer and bowler and always spoke highly of all his friends he met in his leagues and outings. He was loved by all who met him, and he could always make you laugh and feel comfortable around him. He and his wife, Joan, were members of the Blessed Sacrament Cathedral. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Joan B. Nickoloff; daughter, Kari Nickoloff; and great-nephew, Marcus. Surviving are his son, Paul Nickoloff, and wife, Diane; brother, John E. Nickoloff; and nephew, John G. Nickoloff, along with his special niece Jeanne, her partner Sandra, and great-nephew Gregory. Family and friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 12, 2025, at the KEPPLE-GRAFT FUNERAL HOME, 524 N. Main St., Greensburg. Prayers of transfer will be held at 9 a.m. Monday, Oct. 13, 2025, in the funeral home. A funeral Mass will follow at 9:30 a.m. in the Blessed Sacrament Cathedral, 300 N. Main St., Greensburg, PA 15601. Entombment will be held at 11:45 a.m. at Jefferson Memorial Cemetery, Pittsburgh. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St. Emma Monastery, 1001 Harvey Ave., Greensburg, PA 15601, or www.stemma.org/donate.
