George Pariseau Obituary

George Scott Pariseau, 69, of Henrietta, Texas passed away on Saturday, October 25, 2025.

George was born on March 19, 1956 in Aberdeen, Maryland to parents, George R. and Violet M. Welch Pariseau. George graduated Henry Clay High School in Lexington, Kentucky. He earned an Associate's Degree from Lexington Technical Institute in Electronics Technology and a Bachelors Degree from UT at Dallas in Computer Science. George said he loved Texas and got here as soon as he could. He married a Texas girl, Mary DeAnn Powell Pariseau. They were married 38 years.

George was a software engineer by trade and worked for Texas Instruments, Ratheon, Boeing and L3 Harris. He worked on flight simulators for the military contracted to various companies.

He met Pamela Gayle Blanscet Schenk and moved to Henrietta in October 2020. He embraced small town life and country living.

He lost his battle with Interstitial Lung Disease on October 25, 2025. George is preceded in death by his parents, George and Violet Pariseau and his late wife, Mary Pariseau.

He is survived by his fiancée, Pamela Blanscet Schenk; brother, Ray Pariseau and wife Sue; sister, Judith Courtney; nephews, Jeff Gibson and L.T. Gibson and wife Lina; nieces, Lisa Wilson and husband Guy, and Samantha Courtney; a host of great nieces and nephews.

He will also be greatly missed by new family and friends of Henrietta.

George's Celebration of Life will be held at 11:00 a.m., on Wednesday, November 5, 2025 at the First United Methodist Church in Henrietta at 301 S. Bridge St. Henrietta, Texas with Rev. Aaron Logan, pastor, officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Davis Owens & Brumley Funeral Home in Henrietta.
