George Pierce Obituary
George Edward Pierce, age 70, passed away February 2, 2026. He was born on April 15, 1955. Eddie was married to Linda Pierce of Mineral Wells for 31 years.
Eddie has five beautiful children that he dearly loved: Joey (Emily) Pierce, Ginger Hull, Mitzi (Barry) Benton, DeeDee (Kip) Hooks, and Robyn (Todd) Greene.
Grandchildren include Damion (Nicole), Donnie, Lauren (Justin), Hunter, Blair (Annie), Ryan, Kayd, Jacob, Trip, Karlee, Kynlee and Paizlee. His great grandchildren include Kane, Madeline, Hunter, Camden, Bennett, Michael, Nolan, and Annalise.
He is survived by his sister in laws Lora Scott, Joyce Parkey, Alison Poggi and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and close friends. He was preceded in death by his Wife Linda Ann Pierce, Father Slim Pierce, Mother Edna Pierce, Brothers Eldon Ray and David Lawton, Daughter Leslie Ann Pierce, and grandsons Colton Enriquez and Barry Blake.
Eddie served proudly for the United States Army and is a member of the American Legion. He greatly enjoyed his trips to Colorado with his wife. His times with his grandchildren and great grandchildren were what he loved the most.
Visitation will be held Thursday, February 5,2026, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Baum-Carlock-Bumgardner. Services will be held on Friday, February 6, 2026, at 10:00 AM at Millsap United Methodist Church with Jim Saunders officiating. The graveside service will follow at Poe Prairie Cemetery in Millsap, Texas.
