George is lovingly survived by his wife of 68 years, Janet (Fell) Rotter; two children: Michael and Kathy Rotter; two grandchildren: Rachel (John) Ellis and David Patt; and sister, Marion (Earl) Plass. He was preceded in death by his parents, Otto and Lillian Rotter, and siblings, Robert Rotter and Caroline Hess.
Private family services will be held.
