George Speight Obituary
George was born on November 25, 1954 in to parents James and Sarah Hobson Speight and was a long time resident of Randolph County. He was a hard worker and worked for many years at Klausner Furniture as well as Motion Ease where he served as a supervisor. George enjoyed watching football and wrestling, as well as NASCAR races. Above all else, he enjoyed spending time outdoors fishing. In addition to his parents, George was preceded in death by his step-son, John Owens
George is survived by his wife of 49 years, Judy Speight of the home; children, Danny Owens of Ramseur, Kirby Owens and wife Tina of Seagrove, and Angel Jenkins and husband Ronnie of Asheboro; 2 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; and siblings, Timmy Speight of Siler City, Danny Speight of Bennett, Ricky Speight of Asheboro, Ronnie Speight of Bennett, Annette Maness of Siler City, and Sandy Puraze of Asheboro.
No services are scheduled at this time.
Loflin Funeral Home of Ramseur is serving the Speight family.

I love you so much Dad .my heart is shattered. You are the best Dad a girl could ask for. I'm miss you so much.i want to thank you for loving our mama enough to love us too. Life feel empty. But I know you are not suffering anymore an you our with our Father God. Till we meet again someday pops I'll keep you in my heart forever
