Born on June 3, 1943, in Newark, NJ, George was the son of the late George J. Tatoris and Jean (née Yocus) Tatoris.
George married the love of his life, Eleanor (née Falkowski) Tatoris, and together they built a wonderful family. He was a devoted husband and a proud father to his three sons: George, Joseph, and Kevin.
Before retiring, George worked for many years at Merrimac in West Caldwell, where he served as an operations manager. He was known for his dedication, strong work ethic, and the respect he earned from colleagues throughout his career.
George was predeceased by his parents, George J. and Jean Tatoris.
He is survived by his sons: George J. Tatoris and his wife Ana, Joseph Tatoris and his wife Jennifer and Kevin Tatoris and his wife Michelle. He is also lovingly remembered by his seven grandchildren, who brought great joy to his life.
Family and friends are invited to attend visitation on Friday, December 12, 2025, from 5:00–7:00 PM at Par-Troy Funeral Home, 95 Parsippany Rd., Parsippany, NJ 07054. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday, December 13, 2025, at 10:00 AM at St. Ann's Church, Parsippany.
George will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him. May he rest in eternal peace.
