George A. Tuzzolino

George A. Tuzzolino, 87, of Clifton, passed away on February 6, 2023. Born in Paterson, he lived most of his life in Clifton.
A US Marine Corp Veteran, George proudly served his country during the Korean War and was a parishioner of St. Paul's RC Church, Clifton. Back in the early '60s, George was a police officer with the Clifton Police Department for several years. Later, George worked as a General Contractor for many years and was the Building Inspector for the Township of Nutley Building Department before retiring.
Beloved husband of Jo-Ann (Turner) Tuzzolino. Devoted father of Victoria Lynn Whitman and her husband Andrew, and Joseph D. Tuzzolino. Loving grandfather of Erika Pawlik and her husband Ralph, Sidney Tuzzolino, Michael Tuzzolino and his wife Melissa, Julia Whitman, Georgia Whitman, Gianna Tuzzolino, and Nicole Tuzzolino. Cherished great grandfather of Ella Tuzzolino. Beloved son of the late Joseph and Katherine "Kitty" (Albanese) Tuzzolino. Dear brother of Joseph Tuzzolino, Jr. and his wife Christine, Gail Milano and her husband Martin, Denise Shoham and her husband Dan, and the late Marilyn Bilenski and Cathy Ajjan.
Visiting Friday February 10, 2023 from 3-8 PM at the Shook Funeral Home, 639 Van Houten Ave., Clifton. Funeral Saturday 9:45 AM at the funeral home and 11 AM at St. Paul's RC Church, Clifton. Cremation, East Ridgelawn Cemetery, Clifton.
