George W. Willis, age 80 of Saint Pauls was born February 22, 1943 in Bladen Co. to the late Archie Daniel and Thelma McDonald Willis and departed this life, February 12, 2024 at his residence surrounded by family.
In addition to his parents, George is preceded in death by his wife, Jessie Carol Willis; a son in law, Jamie Dean Jackson; a grandson, Casey Alan Willis; two brothers, Archie Lee Willis and James Daniel Willis and two sisters, Rosie White and Frances Willis.
George leaves to cherish his memories and mourn his passing, three sons, Alan Willis and wife Tonya, David Willis and DJ Willis all of Saint Pauls; four daughters, Brenda Mauldin and husband, Mickey of Kannapolis, Kathy Willis, Lisa Jackson and Jessica Owens and husband, Robbie all of Saint Pauls; one sister, Ola Mae Benton of Laurinburg; 13 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.
George was retired from being a Diesel mechanic and Truck Driver. He was a hardworker and the absolute best Daddy!
