He was born in Mobile, AL on March 20,1939.
George was a wonderful husband, father, and grandfather. He loved spending time with his family camping and fishing.
George loved watching Alabama football and old western and food shows. He loved his special road trips.
He is preceded in death by wife, Gail P. Wise; parents, Jessee J. and Lottie E. Wise; sisters, Melba Jean, Charlotte, Clara and Mary Joyce; and brother, Jerry (Bubba) Wise.
George is survived by his daughters, Cathy (Al) Wise Farrington, Glenda (Steven) Nelson, Jackie (Robert) Flirt, and Susan (Dennis) Alfred; seven grandchildren, several great grandchildren; brothers, Jimmy (Mattie) Wise and Michael Wise; along with special nieces and nephews.
He will be deeply missed by his family.
