George Napoleon Wright

Mr. George Napoleon Wright, age sixty-six, departed his earthly life and entered into eternal rest Wednesday, January 28, 2026 at his residence in Durham, North Carolina. He was born in Person County July 19, 1959 to the late Gaddis James Wright, Sr. and Margaret Ramsey Wright-Eutsy and was a member of Old Mt. Zion Missionary Baptist Church.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by a brother, Gaddis James Wright, Jr.; a sister, Evangeline Wright-Mitchell; and step-father, Deacon Otis Eutsy (Pop).

He leaves to cherish precious memories his siblings: Louise Wright-Oliver, Bobby Wright (Connie), Margurite Wright and Martinez Wright (Karen), all of Roxboro, North Carolina; special uncle, Clyde Boykins, Sr. (Mary) of Richmond, Virginia; an aunt, Adele Williams of Roxboro; special friend, Patricia Reams of Durham, North Carolina; goddaughter, LeVette, also of Durham; and a host of other aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other loving relatives and friends.

A private Service of Remembrance will be held at a later date.

The family will receive visitors at the home of his sister at 69 Creekview Lane, Roxboro, North Carolina 27574.
