Georgette Ansara

With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Georgette Ansara, peacefully departed on July 11, 2025, at the age of 89. Georgette was born on June 15, 1936 in Ramallah/Palestine. She was a devoted wife to the late Tawfik Ansara and a loving mother to six children; the late Henry, Mike, Henriette, Janette, Violette, and Suhail (Jack), and her 24 grandchildren, and one great grandchild. Georgette was known for her kindness, generosity, and unwavering love for her family. She enjoyed cooking for her family, watching her children and grandchildren grow, and enjoyed playing poker with her daughters. She waited for all of her children and grandchildren to be together before she took her last breath. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday July 15, 2025 at 10am, at St. Mary's Church on 18200 Merriman rd, Livonia, MI 48152.
