Gerald Earl Amos

Gerald Earl Amos, age 80, died on February 15, 2023, at his home in Colcord, Oklahoma. He was born December 24, 1942, to Earl Amos and Merle (Barnes) Amos, in Decatur, Arkansas.
He is preceded in death by both parents; two sons, Gary and Tony; four sisters, Ruth, Helen, Elsie, and Arlene; and one brother, Nelson.
Gerald is survived by his wife Connie, of the home; two daughters: Desiree Amos, of Westville, Oklahoma, and Angela Amos, of Colcord, Oklahoma; two sons: Mike Amos and wife Sherri, of Bella Vista, AR., and Nick Amos, of Siloam Springs, AR.; grandchildren: Coby Crites and wife Kenzie, of Westville, OK., Jacob Crites and wife Jordan, of Colcord, OK., Caleb Crites and wife Violet, of Westville, OK., Gary Leroy, of Siloam Springs, Laney Amos, of Springdale, AR., Tyson Ward, of Gentry, Colt, Kasen, and Rhett Amos, of Bella Vista; and six great-grandchildren.
A Funeral Service will be held Sunday, February 19, 2023, 2:00 p.m., at Colcord Church of Christ, 241 N. Colcord Ave., Colcord, OK., with Pastor Mike Ellis officiating.
