Gerald Clement Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Medina Funeral Home & Cremation Service on Feb. 6, 2026.
Gerald Wayne Clement, age 69, passed away on Thursday, February 5, 2026, at AHC Humboldt.

He was born on May 25, 1956, in Paris, Tennessee to the late Edward Glen Clement and Diana Elizabeth Clement.

"Daddy passed away after a month-long battle with cancer. Over the last four years, we were blessed to see him almost every day, sharing countless moments, conversations, and memories. There was truly nothing left unsaid. He poured so much love into his role as a GG, and his grandchildren were the light of his life-they brought him joy, laughter, and purpose, and he adored every moment with them. He made his peace with God, and I know without a doubt that he is in heaven. Our hearts are broken, and we will miss him every single day."

In addition to his parents, Gerald was preceded in death by one brother, Tommy Clement.

He is survived by his son, Lee Clement of Denver, Colorado; daughter, Ashley Coleman (Troy) of Humboldt, Tennessee; brother, Jim Clement (Connie) of Jackson, Tennessee; and three grandchildren, Bo Coleman, Caylee Coleman and Skyler Coleman.

A celebration of life will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Thursday, February 12, 2026, in the chapel of Medina Funeral Home with Bro. Carey Womack officiating.

The family will receive friends from 10:00 A.M. until the service hour.

Burial of ashes will be held at Pleasant Hill Cemetery at a late date.
