Gerald Cornish Obituary
Mr. Cornish was born December 4, 1953, in De Queen, Arkansas. He was a member of Holly Creek Missionary Baptist Church.
He enjoyed fishing, hunting, music, and loved watching his grandkids play sports.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Luther and Denver Stokes Cornish.
He is survived by three sons, Nathan and Christy Cornish of Prescott, Arkansas, Ryan Cornish of San Antonio, Texas, Bob Cornish and fiancé, Janeth of Lakewood Colorado; half-sister, Becky Riser of West Monroe, Louisiana; grandchildren, Jackson, Rhett, Aurora, Wren, Glaeton; the mother of his children, Sandy Cornish of San Antonio, TX and a number of nieces, nephews, friends and extended family.
Funeral services for Mr. Cornish will be held at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, June 24, 2023 in the Wilkerson Funeral Home Chapel in Dierks with Justin Turner officiating. Burial will follow in Fellowship Cemetery under the direction of Wilkerson Funeral Home in Dierks.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m., to 8:00 p.m., Friday, June 23, 2023 at the funeral home in Dierks.
