Lewis Clinton Needham

Mr. Lewis Clinton Needham, age 67, resident of Lockesburg, Arkansas, passed away on Monday, February 2, 2026, at his home.

He was born on June 16, 1958, in Nashville, Arkansas. He attended Mtn. View Missionary Baptist Church and worked as a millwright for 20 years at Weyerhaeuser and 22 years at Domtar. He enjoyed watching his kids and grandkids in all their activities and sports, and in everything they were involved in. He loved to socialize and spend time with his family. Retirement was hard on him because he truly enjoyed the work and camaraderie with his work family. He could often be found hanging out and socializing at the Sevier County Co-Op.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Chloe Clinton and Wilma Ruth Martin Needham; one brother, Johnny Wayne Needham.

He is survived by his wife, Sandra Kitchens Needham of Lockesburg; two daughters and a son-in-law, Denise Kersey of Newhope, Arkansas, and Lesley and Jeremy Ty Simmons of Newhope; one son and daughter-in-law, Jason and Amanda Needham of Lockesburg; 10 grandchildren, Kohl Kersey, Rustin Simmons, Grayson Kersey, Ryleigh Simmons, Rhett Simmons, Weston Needham, Stevi Simmons, Kix Kersey, Emily Needham, and Luke Needham; five sisters, Charlotte Janes, Phyllis Turner, Peggy McCormick, Betty Jester, and Becky Needham and several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Funeral services for Mr. Needham will be held at 10:00 a.m., Friday, February 6, 2026, in the Wilkerson Funeral Home Chapel in Dierks, with Brian Pounds and Lucas Liggin officiating. Burial will follow in Fellowship Cemetery, under the direction of Wilkerson Funeral Home in Dierks.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday, February 4, 2026, at the funeral home in Dierks.

The family will be at the home of Jason and Amanda Needham, 477 TJ King Rd., Lockesburg, Arkansas 71846.
