Gerald was a loving father and loved his family dearly. He loved his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by his wife, Eddra Ann Hulsey; his parents, Norman Franklin Hulsey and Mary B. Johnston Hulsey.Gerald’s loved ones left to remember him include his daughter, Julie Carter and her husband, Paul; his son, Brian Hulsey; grandchildren, Chelsea Fisbeck, Olivia Madden and husband, Darren, Ryan Carter and wife Jessica, and Braeden Carter and wife Brittany; great-grandchildren, Axton Fisbeck, Evie Ebert, and Sophie Madden; siblings, Bruce Hulsey, Norma Griffin, Shirley Wood, and Jody Arnett.
