Gerald V. LeDoux, 80, a kind-hearted soul known for his compassion, love for animals, and unwavering resilience, passed away on April 16, 2024, in Atlanta, Georgia.
Born on April 15, 1944, in Massachusetts, Gerald often joked about his birthday coinciding with tax day. He brought a light-hearted spirit to even the most mundane occasions. He approached life with a gentle demeanor, always ready to lend a helping hand to those in need.
An avid lover of animals, Gerald found solace and joy in the company of furry companions. His passion extended to capturing their beauty through his lens as an amateur photographer, finding artistry in the simplicity of everyday moments.
Despite facing hardships throughout his life, Gerald possessed an indomitable spirit. He always managed to piece things together and persevere through adversity. His resilience inspired those around him, demonstrating the power of determination and optimism.
Gerald is survived by his brother, Ron, with whom he shared a bond strengthened by love and mutual support. Together, they navigated life's challenges and cherished moments of joy.
For years, Gerald called Atlanta, Georgia, his home, finding comfort and belonging in its vibrant community and warm embrace.
Gerald leaves behind cherished memories of his kindness, generosity, and unwavering spirit in the hearts of those who knew him. He will be deeply missed and fondly remembered by all who had the privilege of crossing paths with him.

Gerry and I met in junior high school and remained friends through high school and some years after. He was a bright and kind guy, an avid reader, and an all-round good person. He will be missed, but no doubt blessed for all of his basic goodness. It was a privilege to have him as my friend.

Dear Family:
I had the pleasure of knowing Gerry for many year's through WTH. We were good friends. His kindness was always so appreciated---and he would always call me when he had a client that needed a lot of TLC. He was a kind and gentle soul--and warm and caring. He shall be missed--so. It was an honor to have been part of his journey. Rest in peace Gerry--and know we all shall miss your kindness and caring.
