Gerald “Jerry” Allen McDougal, age 86 of Adams passed away Tuesday, October 28, 2025 at Patriot Place in Berlin. Jerry was born in Packwaukee to Archie and Elsie (Klawitter) McDougal on July 4, 1939. He was raised in rural Montello and spent most of his life as a hog farmer or working with scrap metal. Jerry loved the outdoors, especially deer hunting, cutting firewood and always looked forward to going fishing.
Jerry is survived by seven children: Gerald Jr., Susan, Sally, Sara, Thomas, Judy and Bill as well as a step-daughter, Rachel. He is also survived by many grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
Jerry is preceded in death by his parents, son, Patrick and two brothers and one sister.
Services for Jerry will be private.
