Rich, Maureen, Cameron and family

Gerry was such an amazing friend to our dad Rich. It´s like God sent him when he needed a friend the most. For years and years almost everyday, they skated together on the bike path. They would stop and talk and meet other random friends. They sure were a staple on that trail! They would either take the dogs or my son Cameron. Then, it became Friday nights after skating it was fudruckers with Gerry, dad and Robbie.
Joanne, Kenny, Debbie and Robbie- you are such a wonderful and kind family and my dad was a better man for having Gerry in his life!! I will forever cherish their friendship and Gerry will be missed dearly. I´m so sorry for your loss.
Love,
Rich and family

One of the things I´ll always admire about Gerry was his genuine interest in others. He had a wonderful way of remembering what was happening in your life, what mattered to you and would always ask about it. Gerry had that special way of checking in and that kindness will stay with me.
I'll keep Gerry in my prayers, Anita Connerty
