Faithful husband of 30 years to Anna Marie Smolik, son to Lois and the late Wayne; father to Eddie, Angela, Gabriel and Clinton; Grandfather to Alexander, Izabella, Hanna and Layne and brother to the late Carrie.
A passionate historian, Jerry was known for his involvement in war reenactments, knowledge and appreciation for historic events, where he brought history to life for countless people. He especially loved Nordic culture, embracing its traditions and spirit with authenticity.
