Mrs. Geraldine Flanangan was born in Woodruff and was a member of Selma Baptist Church. She retired from Kemet Electronics. Geraldine's legacy to her family was being a loving wife, mother and grandmother.
Surviving, are two daughters, Marie Gunnells with husband Louis, and Karen Landers; three grandchildren, Kristi Sapp, Joseph Landers with wife Kelsey, and Nathan Kirk with wife Meagan; and three great-grandchildren, Ryder, Delilah, and Chloe. She was predeceased by a daughter, Donna Faye Smith; and her mother Laura Vasie West.
The family will receive friends between 5 – 7 pm Wednesday at Fletcher Funeral Service in Woodruff.
A Celebration of Geraldine's Life will be 2 o'clock Thursday at Selma Baptist Church. Burial will be in Greenhaven Memorial Park.
Memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude’s Place, Memphis, TN 58105.

Marie and Karen, Sorry to hear of the passing of your mom. I have fond memories of your mom. She was a strong Christian Woman. Thinking of you and your families.
