Geraldine Learn Obituary
Geraldine "Jerry" Learn, 84, of Wellsboro, passed away early Monday March 16, 2026, at Broad Acres Health and Rehabilitation. She was born March 1, 1942, in Girard, GA, to VanDyne and Grace (Godbee) Roupp. She graduated from high school and married Durwood R. Learn. Jerry loved the Lord and was a faithful member of the Dexter Baptist Church. For many years, she worked as a nurse's aide in the Wellsboro area.
Jerry was preceded in death by her husband; both parents; her daughter: Kimberly; her son: Kevin; four brothers: Jim, Denny, Van, Richard Roupp; and a sister: Nettie Cole. She is survived by two brothers: Charles (Bonnie) Roupp, and David (Janet) Roupp; four sisters: Janice Brown, Christine (Albert) Short, Vicky Dibble, and Veronica (John) Gulliver; as well as many nieces, nephews, and friends.
Friends and family are invited to pay tribute to Jerry's life from 12pm-1pm Thursday March 19, 2026 at the Tussey-Mosher Funeral Home 139 Main Street Wellsboro, PA 16901, with her funeral to follow at 1pm in the funeral home. Donations in her memory may be made to the Dexter Baptist Church 1215 Route 660 Wellsboro, PA 16901, or the Wellsboro Animal Sanctuary 11765 Route 6 Wellsboro, PA 16901.
