Funeral Mass for Geraldine K. Lemoine of Moreauville will begin at 1:00pm on Saturday, February 1st, 2025 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Moreauville with Fr. Brian Seiler officiating. Burial will follow at the St. Michael Catholic Cemetery in Rexmere.
Geraldine Lemoine, age 87, passed away at Rapides Regional Medical Center on Wednesday, January 29th, 2025.
Those left to cherish her memory are children, Minnie Lynn Bruce (Richard) and Timmy Lemoine (Jill); daughter-in-law, Cathleen Lemoine; 14 grandchildren: Joshua Lemoine, Jessica Volentine, Joel Lemoine, Jeb Lemoine, Tiffany Lemoine, Gregory Lemoine, Mallory Smith, Brittany Boitnott, Blaine Guidroz, Derek Desselle, Callie Davis, Trip Bruce, Kyle Bruce; 18 great-grandchildren; sister, Joyce Mayeux; her best friend, Patsy Bordelon.
Those honored to serve as pallbearers: Joshua Lemoine, Joel Lemoine, Jeb Lemoine, Gregory Lemoine, Derek Desselle, and Trip Bruce; honorary pallbearers: Everette Kimble, Troy Kimble, and Blaine Guidroz.
She was preceded in death by her son, Jan Lemoine; husband, Milton Lemoine, Jr.; parents, Foster Kimble & Blanche Mayeux Kimble; and her 7 siblings.
Visitation will begin at 5:00pm until 9:00pm on Friday, January 31st, 2025, at the Escude Funeral Home of Moreauville and will resume Saturday morning at 10:00am until her funeral mass. The Holy Rosary will be recited Friday evening at 6:00pm.
