Geraldine Ellen Neidhardt

Geri Neidhardt, age 78 of Streamwood, Il, passed away on January 28, 2026 from cancer.

Born December 20,1947 in Elkhorn, WI to the late Norman and Norma (Geffe) Heuer.

Geri married Robert (Bob) Neidhardt on September 23, 1967. She then enjoyed staying home to raise her two sons before entering the workforce. She held several customer service and marketing positions at AT&T before ending her career at Corrosion Monitoring, where she worked as the Office Manager for more than 20 years.

Geri spent her retirement years doing what she loved best. She was a terrific cook and liked experimenting with different recipes that Bob was more than willing to taste test. She also enjoyed traveling, taking many trips with family to places near and far. Her grandchildren were an important part of her life, and she loved spending time with them. She will be missed by all who knew her.

In addition to her husband of 58 years, Geri is survived by her two sons, Paul Neidhardt of Antioch IL, and Kevin (DeAnna) Neidhardt of McHenry, IL; two sisters, Marsha (Bob) Howting of Naperville, IL and Robyn Heuer of Westmont, IL; one brother, John Heuer of St. Charles IL; and three grandchildren, Taylor, Paige and Nathan.

She was proceeded in death by sister Debbie (Heuer) Moravecek, brother-in-law Tom Moravecek, and sister-in-law Karen (Gibbons) Heuer.

Geri's remains are to be cremated with a Celebration of Life to be held later.
