Gerry was born Sept. 10, 1933 in Marysville Township to Mike and Della Meehan. She joined her sisters Lois and Jeanne on the farm outside of Waverly.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Don.
She is survived by her children Brad (Pam) of Howard Lake, Eileen of Minneapolis, Laurie of Waverly; Grandchildren Nick (Sarena) Sopkowiak of Northfield, Anna Smith of Howard Lake; and great grandchildren Liliana, Elowyn and Oliver Sopkowiak; nieces and nephews, godchildren and many friends.
Mass of Christian burial 11 a.m. Feb. 21, at St Mary's in Waverly. Visitation from 9 to 10:45 a.m. Saturday at the church.
