Anyone who knew Gerry well or met him for the first time had to liked him. The first time I met him was playing golf on a Friday years ago and felt like I found a long lost friend. We shared a bottle of scotch whisky down in Tazewell, TN years ago, where he shared a few stories about his Naval career. Gerry, thank you for your service, your friendship and all the good things you for all of us and our country. RIP Gerry! John O

For the short time I knew Gerry I found him to be a gentleman in every positive sense of the word. He was a competitor in a positive true way . His wry sense of humor always seemed to ease the tension in any match. I and all of our group will miss him dearly. Tom Hummel
