Gerard "Jerry" Richard Lambert

March 5, 1942 - October 16, 2025

Gerard "Jerry" Lambert, beloved husband, father, Pepere, and friend, passed away peacefully surrounded by family on October 16th, 2025. Born in New Bedford, Massachusetts, on March 5, 1942, to Irene and Gerard Lambert. Jerry spent his early years in New Bedford, graduating from New Bedford High School then earning a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Massachusetts.

In 1964, Jerry joined the United States Air Force, serving honorably in intelligence operations. It was during his service that he met the love of his life, Marilyn. They married on September 30, 1967, and soon after moved to Colorado to build a life together. Together, they shared 58 wonderful years of marriage.

Jerry worked for Molson/Coors for 30 years, retiring in 2005. Jerry obtained his Masters in Economics from Regis University while working at Coors.

Jerry is survived by his wife Marilyn, daughter Christine Fox, son-in-law Paul Fox, and grandchildren Taylor, Brooke, and Rylan. He was preceded in death by his parents, Irene and Gerard Lambert and siblings Madeleine (Dave), Paul (Joy), Suzanne (George), Rene (Jacque), and Irene (Bill).

Known for his culinary talents, Jerry's spaghetti sauce, New England clam chowder, and quahogs were legendary among family and friends. He loved sharing meals and memories, and his warmth and generosity touched everyone who knew him.

A funeral mass will be celebrated at Spirit of Christ Catholic Community on November 12th at 10:30am. Following the service, a repast will be held with internment to take place at Fort Logan National Cemetery at 2pm.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Community Table (formerly Arvada Food Bank), in his name, located at 4600 W. 60th Ave, Arvada, CO.

Jerry will be deeply missed and fondly remembered for his love, laughter, and unwavering devotion.
