Gerard E. Marino, age 64, late of Tinley Park, IL. Beloved husband of the late Doris Marino. Loving father of Ricky, Ashley, and Brian (Melissa) Marino. Proud grandpa of Ethan, Lilyanna, and Alexander Marino. Dear brother of the late Peter Marino, late Jake (Maryann), Salvatore (late Donna), late Frank, late Lucia, and Peter Marino.
Gerard was a proud member of Local 502 Cement Masons and a longtime resident of Tinley Park and a member of the Tinley Park Volunteer Fire Department. He devoted many years as a Boy Scout Leader, was a member of the Order of the Arrow ("OA"), and was especially known for his work with the Haunted Woods in Orland Park. He enjoyed fishing, camping, and spending time outdoors, always happiest surrounded by nature and family.
A Memorial Gathering will be held on Friday, October 17, 2025, from 3:00 PM until time of Memorial Service at 7:30 PM at Vandenberg Funeral Home, 17248 Harlem Avenue, Tinley Park, IL 60477.
