Gerardo L. "Jerry" Verrelli Jr.

Gerardo L. Verrelli, Jr, son of the late Gerardo & Julia (Farfalla) Verrelli, passed away on September 15, 2023. Jerry resided in New Hope, PA, was a 1960 graduate of Somerville High School and had been employed by The Township of Hillsborough for more than 25 years before retiring.
Jerry was a Decorated Military Army Veteran receiving the Bronze Star Medal while fighting in the Republic of Vietnam in 1966-67.
Jerry is survived by his wife of 54 years, Karen (Cherniak) Verrelli; his son, Scott (wife Jessica) of Flemington, NJ; his son, Brian Verrelli (wife Kate) of Richmond, VA and his daughter, Tara Maurer (husband Jeffrey) of Trooper, PA; grandchildren, Jackson, Nicholas, Zachary, Benjamin, Kyra, Alexa & Henry; and many cousins, nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by his granddaughter Baby Maia Marie Verrelli; sisters Joan Gronikowski and Cathy Hall, brothers, Clarence Gilbert, Jerome Gilbert, Henry Gilbert and Rico Verrelli.
A Requiem Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Mary Mother of God Roman Catholic Church, 157 S. Triangle Road, Hillsborough, NJ, 08844 on September 23, 2023, at 10:00 a.m. Family & friends are welcome to gather at the church for a calling period beginning from 9:15 a.m. until the mass at 10:00 a.m. Military honors will pay tribute at 11:00 a.m. at the church.
