Gerrard Joseph Holms

Gerrard J. Holms, "Gerry" age 58, of Mount Laurel, NJ, passed away peacefully on June 10, 2022 surrounded by his loving family.
Gerry was born on September 5, 1963 to the late Teresa and William Holms in Scotland. He was a mechanical engineer by trade and enjoyed the study of advanced mathematics, science, and engineering. In his free-time he loved building model aircraft and other vehicles, watching soccer and world news. Mostly, he loved his family, and was so very proud of his children. He was a very loyal friend and his tremendous sense of humor and his ability to always see the funny side of things will be most remembered and missed by all those who knew him. He will be missed deeply by his loved ones.
He is survived by his wife, Sophie (nee Christophe); his children, Emilie and Matthew; his siblings, Robert, Raymond, Anthony and Mary; many loving in-laws, cousins, nieces, nephews, friends and colleagues.
Relatives and friends are invited to a viewing on Friday, June 17, 2022 from 9am to 10am at Mount Laurel Home for Funerals, 212 Ark Road, Mount Laurel, NJ 08054. Mass of Christian Burial to follow at 10:30am at Our Lady of Good Counsel Church, 42 W. Main Street, Moorestown, NJ 08057. Interment private at the request of the family.
