Gerry Hefley Obituary
February 1, 1941 – December 30, 2025
Gerry Don Hefley, born on February 1, 1941, in Twitty, Texas, passed away peacefully in his home in Choctaw, Oklahoma, on December 30, 2025, surrounded by family. He was the beloved son of Billy and Rose Hefley.
Gerry married the love of his life, Fern Jett, and together they shared 60 wonderful years of marriage, building a life filled with love, family, and cherished memories.
Gerry was a devoted daddy, granddaddy, and great-granddaddy. He is survived by his daughters, Terri Plunk and Tracy and Rick Patton. His three granddaughters, Jessica and Lee Noll, Sarah and Ross Romero, and Kailee and Jesse Wagner, brought him much joy. He was also a proud great-granddaddy to Cooper, Jacob, Kylee, Nathan, Elijah, Josie, and Piper, who brought him endless happiness.
He is also survived by his sister, Joy Balcom, along with a large extended family, all of whom will miss him dearly.
Graveside services will be held Saturday, January 3, at 10:00 a.m. at Elmwood Cemetery in Choctaw, Oklahoma. To send flowers to the family or plant a tree in memory of Gerry, please visit our floral store.

So sorry to hear of Gerry´s passing. Our family has many fond memories of him and Fern. You will miss him dearly but he is reunited with his beloved Fern. Rest in peace.
