Gertrude Willis Obituary
Gert attended Chester High School. She was employed at a factory for many years as a Line Supervisor. Gert also was a waitress at various restaurants.
Gertrude was an active member of Chichester Baptist Church, where she sang in the choir and enjoyed her time as the church clerk. Her beautiful grandchildren and great grandchildren were the lights of her life. Spending time with them made her days brighter and more joyful. Gert enjoyed baking and her apple cake was one of her most loved desserts.
Daughter of the late Leonard and Esther (Dinklacker) Schriver; Wife of the late James H. Willis; Predeceased by her siblings.
Survivors:
Daughters: Terri Kasher (John Woods), Barbara Powell (Edward Marto), Beth Gaul
Son: James Herestofa (Sharon)
Grandchildren: Karly, Jonathan, Alexandra, Elizabeth, James, Robert, Chelsea, Connor, and Carter
Also survived by 13 great grandchildren
Visitation: Tuesday, May 27th after 10:00AM at the Chichester Baptist Church, 800 Cherry Tree Rd., Upper Chichester, PA 19014
Funeral Service: Tuesday, May 27th at 11:00AM at the Chichester Baptist Church
Interment: Edgewood Memorial Park
