Gina Serna

Gina Marie Serna, age 61, passed away comfortably on December 7th, 2022, in Albuquerque NM.
Gina was born on February 24, 1961, in Diamond Bar California to Felix and Evangaline Serna. She is one of 6 children, Carmen Serna, Anthony Serna, Cindy Clinkenbeard, Mark Serna, and Felicia Jaramillo. Gina attended and graduated from Walnut Highschool in California. After graduating she attended cosmetology school. She was married to David Olivas from 1982-1987. She moved to New Mexico to be closer to her mom and family in 1988. Gina was a mother to 5 children, Jessica Olivas, Nicole Zamora, John Burton, Brittany Chavez, and Cody Manwearing. Gina had a large family of aunts, nieces, nephews, and cousins to share all her crazy and all her love with.
Gina always talked about her children and grandchildren and how proud she was of them. She enjoyed music, dancing, and cooking for her family. She was beautiful, giving, wild, and vivacious. Friends and family will always remember her infectious smile and laugh that could shed light to any room.
She is survived by her children Jessica, Nicole, John, Brittany, and Cody. Grandchildren Mya, Isaac Jr., Avery, Brentley, John III, and Daxton. Siblings, Carmen, Cindy, and Felicia.
We welcome family and friends to remember her. A memorial service will be held at on January 16th, 2022 at Noblin Funeral Services at 11am followed by reception at 1pm at Bosque Farms Community Center.
