Ginger Leigh Davis Saunders, 54, passed away on Wednesday, June 11, 2025 at Alamance Regional Medical Center. She was born in Durham on January 26, 1971 to the Ronald Clifford Davis and Paula Clark Davis and was the wife of 28 years to Terrence Duane Saunders of the home.
Ginger worked at Crabtree Valley Dental as the insurance coordinator. She loved her job and everyone that she worked with. Her coworkers were like another family to her. Ginger was a spiritual person and believed in the art of manifestation, the laws of attraction, and the vibrations of the universe. She wanted to be among the stars. Ginger loved to make jewelry, clay art, paint, and repurposing decor into functional art. Ginger loved her dogs Penelope, Moxie, and Monkey with passion that they would only get excited for her when she came home everyday. Ginger was always thinking of others and always found things to gift them because she saw something that reminded her of them. She was the best gift giver and never expected anything in return. Ginger would light up every room she walked into with her big smile and a joke that she came up with or with a social media post that she knew would make us laugh. The energy that Ginger brought with her everywhere would just make everyone smile; she was good at uplifting and encouraging people. Ginger has touched the hearts of so many people that she will be remembered by a whole village of friends and family.
Survivors include her husband, parents; sons, Joshua Paul Lassiter ( Jessica Lucas), Brandon Lee Lassiter (Stephanie Stanfield); daughter, Madison Mariah Louise Saunders (Christopher Howell); grandchildren, Abel Lee Lassiter, Kalem Lassiter, Amelia Lassiter, Anson Lassiter, Amanda Lassiter; sister, Veronica Davis and a brother, Ronald Clifford David, II.
A memorial gathering to celebrate Ginger’s life will be held from 2:00pm until 4:00pm on Saturday, June 14, 2025 at Lowe Funeral Home and Crematory.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Humane Society of Alamance County
