Gisela Vera Fagan (née Exner) passed away peacefully on March 5, 2025. She is survived by her children, Christa, Suzanne (Jeff), Alfred, Nancy and Stephen; her grandkids, Shante, Geno, Jeremy, Shawn, and Billy; and great grandchildren, Trenton, Ashton and Grace.
Born in East Germany on February 8, 1937, Gisela survived WWII and refugee camp, which made her incredibly strong. She met and married. US Army soldier, Alfred Fagan, and had 2 of their 5 children there, before moving to Alliance. She was widowed in 1999. She loved helping people, and made friends everywhere she went. She was an outstanding cook and baker, and loved to share good food.
We will honor her memory on Saturday, March 15, 11:30 AM, at Science Hill Community Church, 12316 Beeson St 44601. Memorial contributions may be made to Aultman Hospice. Condolences and special memories of Gisela can be shared with her family online at www.heritagecremationsociety.com
