Gladys is rejoicing in Heaven with her Husband Bill... I married Her brother, Nevin, and she and Bill took us to many Tent Revivals. When I discovered she owned a place near Flagler Beach FL near my vacation home we had many adventures shopping Thift Stores and eating out. She was a wonderful friend and Christian woman... loved her very much and look forward to one day meeting her in heaven .... Sorry for your loss Tony. Annette

Tony and family, I am so sorry for your loss, you are in my prayers. May she rest in peace, I remember as a child we visited her house and all the dolls in that one room. My mom and she would take us to the library when we were younger for some reading group. She went to our Eline family picnic for a good many years until she couldn't. I just know she is rejoicing in her reunion with Uncle Bill.

Gladys and William were long time friends of our family. I believe we met them in a Hart Brothers tent revival in York. She and my mom, who she lovingly called "Ellie" were dear, dear friends. They traveled together after losing their beloved husbands and had so many good times laughing and giggling together like young school girls. I will always remember her for her shoes, jewelry, her loving heart, her contagious laughter and most of all her sweet welcoming smile. She was a true woman of God. She will be missed by all who knew her. Love and Prayers to the family,
Vicki Counts (Ellie's daughter)
