Gladys Guzman

Gladys Guzman, a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, daughter, and friend, passed away on July 9, 2025, at the age of 65. She was born in Guatemala City on September 29, 1959, and spent most of her life in New Jersey, where she built a life rooted in love, laughter, and resilience.
Gladys was the heart of her family - a devoted and hardworking woman who always put others first. She provided not just with her hands, but with her heart, giving her family a sense of security, warmth, and unwavering love.
Her home was a place of joy. She was known for her vibrant sense of humor, her goofiness, and her ability to fill every room with laughter. She had a gift for making people feel welcome and uplifted, even during the hardest of times.
She is survived by her loving husband, Arturo Guzman; her children, Astrid, Jonathan, and Ariel; her cherished grandchildren, Marcos, Lucas, Matthew, and Liam; and her dear mother, Yolanda. Her memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.
In accordance with her wishes, Gladys was cremated. She asked to be remembered not with sorrow, but with smiles - as the funny and loving woman who brought joy to so many.
