Gladys Grace Maruna, 93, of Phoenix, AZ., passed away June 23, 2024. She was born November 1, 1930 in Garrison, N.D. After moving to Arizona in her 20’s, she enjoyed a wonderful 30-year career at Motorola as an electronic technician before retiring to spend time with her new grandchildren. She was a proud supporter of the Arizona Diamondbacks as a season ticket holder since the inaugural season.
Gladys’ family include her daughter, Mary Elizabeth; son-in-law, Michael Robert; grandchildren, Brandon Ryan and Holly Danielle; siblings, Virginia, Donald, and Cecilia. She was preceded in death by her parents, Anthony and Grace; husband, Dan; son, Michael Anthony; and brother, Richard.
Memorial services will be held at 2 p.m., Saturday, November 2, 2024 at Whitney & Murphy Funeral Home, 4800 E. Indian School Rd., Phoenix, AZ. 85018. Please join us for a luncheon following services.
