Gladys, my lifelong neighbor and friend, will be so incredibly missed. She was always helpful with her wisdom and advice regarding life experiences, household tips and gardening. Gladys was so talented in many ways and could do just about anything! I always looked forward to meeting her at the back fence to discuss family, friends, neighborhood history and current events. She will ALWAYS be next door to us in spirit.

Joe and I weren't blood related but she and Poppa made us feel like we were family. We would go and spend the night with them and play dominoes. I remember right after Joe and I were married we were sitting at the table the next morning drinking coffee and I felt like I was at my parents house. We will miss Mom and Poppa. But they are in heaven making toys. Love you both.
