Gladys Wagner Obituary
Gladys was born February 18, 1937, to Benjamin and Pauline Wagner. The family moved from Montana to Yakima in 1944, where she was raised and educated. She grew up in a home that gave her the foundation of a life filled with love, service and purpose.
After high school she attended Yakima Business College and worked in several businesses in Yakima.
Later she attended Northwest Bible College and entered the next stage of her life- the true love of her heart-Christian Ministry. Having traveled in Evangelism for several years, Gladys came back to Yakima where she continued in ministry for the next eleven years.
In 1972 she founded Morning Star Ministries. Her more recent years were dedicated to help those in need. God gave Gladys a kind spirit and a heart for others everywhere she went.
Gladys also enjoyed her home improvement projects. She was not afraid to pick up her tools and take on carpentry, painting or home repairs.
She loved the adventure of hiking, especially around Mount Rainier, taking trips with her parents and other friends and family.
She was preceeded in death by her parents, Benjamin and Pauline Wagner, brothers, Harry and Marvin and her sister-in-law, Juanita Wagner.
She is survived by one nephew, Charles (Cathy) Wagner, Nieces, Diane Henao, Vicki (Bob) Stribling, Jacki (Lyle) Landis, Sheri (Bob) Lockbeam, Brenda Wagner and several great nephews and nieces.
Graveside Services will be at West Hills Memorial Park, December 18, 2025 at noon.
Memorials may be made to the charity of ones choice.
