Gleen Diane Register, 79, a resident of McComb, Mississippi, went home to be with the Lord Jesus on Wednesday, February 18th, 2026 surrounded by family and friends.

Gleen was born to Richard Jerome Scoggins and Gleen Lorraine Looney Scoggins on February 26, 1946. She was the eldest of her siblings and a loving mother to three children, two daughters from McComb, Mississippi, and one son.

In her younger years, she worked for the Orange County Sheriff's Department, where she said the Lord gave her opportunities to share the Gospel. She later worked at the McComb Police Department until her retirement. To her family and friends, she was a blessing and a best friend who never missed morning coffee and Bible study.

Taking her grandchildren to Sunday school brought her great joy. One of her youngest grandsons gave her the nickname "Grandma Cookie," and everyone knew her as Mrs. Diane. There is no doubt she left a legacy of love and planted the seeds of salvation in many hearts. Her greatest wish was for all of her family to know the Lord.
