Glen D. Anderson age 80, of Plum City, died Wednesday September 17, 2025, at his home in the Township of Union.

Glen was born May 22, 1945, in Durand. He was the son of Carl and Gladys (Erickson) Anderson. Glen grew up in the Plum City and River Falls areas. As young man he worked with Tom Johnson on his farm. In 1969, Glen worked for Nestle Purina in Hager City for many years until he retired. Glen married Patricia Bunce September 23, 1967, after marriage they made their home in the Plum City area and raised their family.

Glen was active member of Lund Mission Covenant Church, singing in choir, and serving on the church board. He enjoyed playing horseshoes, bean bags, deer hunting, cutting wood, his countless meals at Molly's and enjoying the local conversation.

Glen is survived by his children, Gerald (Nicole) of Red Wing, MN; Frank (Colista) of Plum City, Aaron of Plum City, Amy (Gary) Bee of Lund; 10 grandchildren, Cole, Shelby, Lindsey, Jordan, Parker, Ryan, Tanner, Brett, Mackenzie and Kramer; 12 great grandchildren and one on the way; three sisters, Betty Grab, Carlo (Jerry) Bridges and Judy Heley.

He is preceded in death by his parents, his wife Patricia, a daughter, Gwen Anderson, two brothers, Frank and John and a brother-in-law, Ralph Grab.

Memorial services will be held at 11:00 AM Saturday October 11, 2025 at Lund Mission Covenant Church – rural Stockholm, with Rev Darren Catron officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery.

Visitation will be held one hour prior to services at the church on Saturday.

Rhiel Funeral Home & Cremation Services of Durand is serving the family.
