Glenda F. Chenault

Glenda F. Chenault, nee McConachie, 76 of Swansea, IL entered into her eternal rest on December 20, 2024. She was born on November 11, 1948 in Sparta, IL. On April 4, 1970, she married the love of her life, Keith Chenault. Three daughters were born during their 54 ½ year marriage.
She is survived by her loving & devoted husband, Keith Chenault; children Stacey (Kent) Nurnberger, Jennifer (Douglas) White and Amy (Scott) Dwyer; grandchildren Joshua (Olivia) Nurnberger, Allison Nurnberger (Jared Tyson - fiance), Bailey Rainey, Billy Rainey, Sam Dwyer and Vivian Dwyer.
Glenda is preceded in death by her parents, L.H. & Marjorie McConachie, and her sister, Sharon Runge.
Glenda had a deep love for Jesus and was passionate about telling others about His Love and Faithfulness. She came to know the LORD at a young age while watching a Billy Graham Crusade on television with her grandmother in the mid-1950's.
Visitation will be from 2-3 pm on Sunday, December 29th with a Memorial Service at 3pm at Concord Presbyterian Church in Waterloo, IL with Rev. Brian Sandifer providing.
Memorials may be made to BJC Hospice.
