Dennis Renner, age 75, of O'Fallon, died at 3:33 a.m. Sunday, March 15, 2026 at his residence.

He was born July 4, 1950 in Perryville, MO, the son of the late Wilfred and Ruby (Otto) Renner.

Dennis is survived by two sons: Justin (Rachel) Renner of O'Fallon and Jared Renner, also of O'Fallon; three grandchildren: Joshua Dunn, Jameson Renner and Rebecca Renner; one great-grandchild, Bentley Dunn; and four siblings: Rick (Rita) Renner of Lebanon, Ronnie (Darlene) Renner of O'Fallon, Kenneth Renner and Robert Renner.

Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Brook Renner.

Mr. Renner was employed as a truck driver. He was very involved in his community by formerly serving on the board of Central School District 104. He was also formerly an Alderman in O'Fallon, Ward 5 and served on the St. Clair County Board.

According to his wishes, his remains will be cremated and no services will be held.

Dennis, I have nothing but good memories of you and the fun times hanging with Frank. We lost touch with one another after I went in the military but I always asked how you were and what you were up to when I had the chance. You will be missed by anyone that had the good fortune to have known you.
