Glenda was born on May 29, 1969 in Marietta Ga, to the late Joseph Tatum and the late Marilyn Anderson Tatum. She worked as a clerk for the Social Security Administration for many years.
Survivors include her brother Joe (Lisa) Tatum of Canton Ga.
