Glenn "Burt" Cronan Obituary
Glenn “Burt” Anthony Cronan, age 60 of Ranger, GA, passed away on Wednesday, July 3, 2024 at Piedmont Cartersville Hospital.
Burt was born on December 21, 1963 in Gordon County, GA, the son of the late Newman Cronan and Barbara Mullinax Cronan. In addition to his parents he was also preceded in death by: two brothers, Douglas Cronan and Melvin Buff; and son-in-law, Michael Nation. Burt loved spending time with his grandchildren and enjoyed riding motorcycles.
Burt is survived by: his wife, Tammy Stuart Cronan; daughter, Tasha Nation Young and her husband Jason; grandchildren, Mackenzie Nation and her fiancé Riley Townsend and Graceson Young; great-grandchild, Tenzie May Townsend; and siblings, Jerry Cronan, Billy Cronan, Hazel Cronan, Sammy Cronan, and Penny Bramlett.
The family will receive friends on Saturday, July 6, 2024 from 2 PM until 8 PM at Thomas Funeral Home.
Funeral Services will be conducted on Sunday, July 7, 2024 at 2 PM from the Chapel of Thomas Funeral Home with Reverend Michael Stone officiating. Burial will follow in Miracle Temple Cemetery.
Pallbearers serving include: Bobby Stone, Matt Whitfield, Jason Cronan, Riley Stephens, Skylar Stuart, Billy Jo Roger, Riley Townsend, and Jimmy Stuart.
