Bustard & Jacoby Funerals, Cremations, Receptions - CasperGlenn Martin “Marty” Feezer, 81, of Casper, Wyoming, passed away on September 26, 2025, in his home surrounded by family.
Marty was born in Casper, Wyoming, to David and Mildred Feezer on September 8, 1944. He went to Natrona County High School and graduated in 1962. Marty served in the Army from June of 1962 to June of 1965 where he attained the rank of sergeant. He attended Casper College where he earned an associate’s degree in 1972. Marty was a proud member of the Casper Police Department before becoming a United States Marshal where he served as a Deputy Marshal for 24 years until his retirement in 1998. Marty became a devout and committed Christian in 1974.
Marty is survived by his wife, Diana, Casper, with whom he was married for 63 years. He is also survived by his son Phil (Robin), of Cheyenne, Wyoming, his daughter Gina (Justin), of Big Horn, Wyoming and son Todd (Stacy), of Laramie, Wyoming. His grandchildren include Tyler (Molly), Bradley, Carmie Jo, Alexis (Wes), Emily, Tim, Logan (Kaelah), Halley (Gary), and Aiden. He was preceded in death by his parents (David/Mildred) and his brothers Jerry and Dave.
A Memorial Service will be held at Calvary Baptist Church on Saturday, October 11, at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Jeff Matney officiating, followed by a reception. An interment with military honors will be held at the Oregon Trail Veterans Cemetery on Monday, October 13, at 11:00 a.m. Bustard & Jacoby will be handling the funeral arrangements. All are welcome to attend either or both of the services.
Memorial donations may be made in honor of Marty to Calvary Baptist Church, 1800 S. Conwell Street, Casper, WY 82601. The family wishes to extend their gratitude to Calvary Baptist Church for their care and support of Marty and his family.
Marty was the beloved patriarch of the Feezer family. His presence, patience, guidance, and love will be missed.
