I have lost a true friend and mentor. Glenn was chiefly responsible for teaching me what it meant to be a scholar during our time together at Central Missouri State back in 1963-1968. He directed me in several plays, and supervised my work on writing my MA thesis. Years later he wrote the forward to my first local history book, the History of Kansas City's Resident Theatre. I have valued Glenn as a major influence on my life and I will always be grateful for having known him. I wish to extend to his entire family my heartfelt condolences on the passing of this wonder man.
