Glenna Stark Obituary

Published by Legacy on Nov. 9, 2025.
Glenna Mae Stark, 76, of Sarcoxie Mo. passed away peacefully on November 7th, 2025. Born May 9th 1949 to Otis and Esta Cantrell. Glenna is survived by her dedicated husband, Tommy Stark; her three beloved sons; Tommy Jr. Michael and Jeffery, many grandchildren; and a few great-grandchildren. Glenna was preceded in death by her parents, and her brothers David Cantrell and Wilber Cantrell. Her unwavering faith and mindful spirit left a lasting impression on all who knew her. Glenna's family takes comfort in knowing that she is now rejoicing with the Lord. As a devoted follower of Christ, Glenna's life was a testament to her deep and steadfast faith. Her presence radiated peace and wisdom, making it nearly impossible to be near her without feeling the warmth of God's love. She often said, "If it stops you from getting closer to God then it needs to go," a guiding principle that shaped her every decision and movement. Her admirable preparedness for life's challenges came from her trust in the Lord. One of her favorite scriptures, Hebrews 11:6-"Without faith it is impossible to please him, for whoever would draw near to God must believe that he rewards those who seek him earnestly"-this was more than a verse; it was the foundation of how she lived each day. Her determination and grace inspired those around her, offering both comfort and courage through life's trials. Glenna's legacy is one of faithfulness, resilience, and love-a legacy that will continue to guide and uplift her family for generations to come. To know her was to love her, may Glenna Stark's memory bring peace and strength to all who were blessed to know her.
