Gloria Daidone

Gloria Daidone, 90, of Tinton Falls, passed away Thursday, October 24 2024, at Jersey Shore Hospital. She was born and raised in Perth Amboy NJ. Raised her children as a homemaker in Woodbridge, eventually moving to Tinton Falls. She worked in retail selling fine jewelry in A&S for 30 years until her retirement. In her youth she loved the beach, playing tennis, reading, and loved to dance, and taking many vacations with her daughter and a trips with the rest of her family. In her later years, she loved doing her crossword puzzles, and was a whiz at scrabble. Her greatest joy was being with the family especially the holidays, and sitting for her grand-dog. Last year she was so blessed to have been able to attend her grand-daughters wedding, where she danced the night away. She will be greatly missed by everyone that knew and loved her.
She was predeceased by her brother Daniel Cassale of Las Vegas. Surviving are her daughter Susan Daidone, her son Jay Daidone and his wife Lisa; her 2 grandchildren Erica Pluhar and her husband Andrew and grandson Nicholas Daidone; and her sister Dolores Scarfi.
A memorial visitation will be held Tuesday, November 5, 2024 from 4-7 pm at John F. Pfleger Funeral home 115 Tindall Rd. Middletown
